Basin: May I suggest you go at a pace you will be able to keep. I believe we all try to go as fast as possible at the beginning but the key word to this practice is "Consistency" and overdoing it will not bring consistency. Your body and mind have to do a lot of learning and this takes time. marco -----Original Message----- From: basim326 [mailto:basim326@...] Sent: 20 May 2003 07:35 To: BardonPraxis@yahoogroups.com Subject: [BardonPraxis] Free time Well, I'm out of school now and I currently do not require a job, so... I've been spending more time on reading various Hermetic material, but I'm wondering about actual training. If I can keep it up for extended periods of time, remain fresh and still be getting something out of it, should I? Would I be progressing any faster if I do this for an entire morning and afternoon, as opposed to an hour on either end? All of this free time is starting to bother me. Thanks in advance. - Basim Yahoo!
