Dear Rawn
It seems to me that most of the mystics and yogis seem to just work on wisdom 
and neglect the other three aspects. Am I right?

He's not referring to a specific aspect. The point he's making here is
that the magician undertakes a *multi*lateral training which encompasses
all aspects of deity corresponding to all four Elements.
