Dear David, >> I was not under the impression that he recommended using the same water day after day with no changes ... ? << Your impression is correct. Only enough water for the next day is to be boiled (or otherwise purified). Once the water is used for the eye-bath, it is thrown out and fresh water is boiled/purified for the next day's use. I think perhaps "Serpentis Satori" was speaking of the Eye Bright infusion which can be made up in a sizable batch, kept in the refrigerator, and used a little at a time (i.e., some of it is put into the water of the eye-bath) over a period of weeks until the whole amount is used up. But even so, the water for the eye-bath must be discarded after use. >> Also, are the eye baths part of the "core" exercises or are they just an option for those who want to take it up? << In the section on the Magic of Water, Bardon presented several options. Which options you choose to employ is, of course, up to you. My best to you, :) Rawn Clark 16 May 2004 rawnclark@... rawn@... http://www.ABardonCompanion.com http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BardonPraxis http://E.webring.com/hub?ring=arionthebardonwe
