Dear Stephen, >> Wait, I know you've explained the difference between imagining something mentally and trying to imagine it physically, but what is the difference between imagining something mentally and imagining it astrally? << This is, essentially, the difference between Step Two and Step Three. In Step Two, you are instructed to completely isolate each sense -- to *see* the clock without hearing it or feeling it etc. This isolation of just the sense at hand produces the mental imagination of the object which has nothing to do with your physical organs (e.g., your physical eyes, etc., aren't involved). However, when in Step Three you begin to combine the senses, your imaginations take on an astral density -- i.e., they now have emotional significance brought about by their sensorial multi-dimensionality. You still don't see them with your *physical* eyes, touch them with your *physical* hands, hear them with your *physical* ears, etc., but they do take on a greater solidity than the Step Two creations. My best to you, :) Rawn Clark 27 July 2004 rawnclark@... rawn@... http://www.ABardonCompanion.com http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BardonPraxis http://E.webring.com/hub?ring=arionthebardonwe
