VE vs. Akasha impregnation

Dear Friends,

1. 
What is the difference between using the Akasha or using the Vital
Energy for wish impregnation?

I understand that when using vital energy we have to work with time
and space while this is not the case with the Akasha. 
But is the end result of using VE any different from that of using the
Akasha?

Surely the impregnation of the Akasha would soak in the Vital Energy
via the Electromagnetic fluid, so why bother manipulating the Vital
Energy when impregnating the Akasha is easier? 

Maybe one can speed up the outcome of the wish by increasing the
accumulation of VE while this is not possible with the Akasha? Maybe
using VE is more flexible since we can specify the time limits of a wish?

Also, I can feel the accumulation of VE/Elements much better in the
evening than I can in the morning. I feel almost nothing in the
morning, but it is much much more vivid at night. Would anyone know why?
