I'm glad you had such a good experience of Lesson One! :)

Your itchy feet and excess energy sound to me like you didn't
sufficiently release the excess energy during the sending of your roots
into the soil below. Next time you pursue the Lesson, I suggest that
you focus a bit more on that process of releasing.
