Elementals Vs. Elementries

Despite some background reading on the subject, I remain a little 
confused as to the exact difference between an 'elemental' and 
an 'elementry'. Could anyone help me out here and explain how they 
relate to Bardon's system of initiation?

I think that elementals are beings composed of purely one element, 
pure simple beings with little or no intelligence as we view it. As 
for elementries, I get the impression that they are 
mainly 'bad/negative' in nature, but remain a little confused as to 
what they actually are.
