Hi.
As indicated in my "name", I'm a real newbie in terms
of Magic, (although I have always been fascinated by
the subject) but I have worked for some years on
personnal development systems like Silva Mind Control,
"dynamique mentale", chakra healing, Monroe's
hemi-sync etc.

A couple of reasons made me to buy F. Bardon's book
recently. 
First, a document that I read recently (the Kybalion),
which seemed to summarize every bit of my present
personnal belief system, and made me to investigate
Hermetism.
Another reason was the feeling that everything that I
tried in the past (religion included) was the diluted
version of a "master discipline". 
A strong desire to reach the realms of the "sacred"
also, way beyond religion. And I needed something
tangible - not theoretical only.
Last but not least, I have some physical pains
apparently due to excess of / or bad balance of energy
in my body which could be hopefuly solved by the
procedures taught in F. Bardon's first book.
A last word. My mother tongue is not English - so
please be patient with my poor grammar and my limited
vocabulary.
