Just looking at it I can tell you that it is an incomplete translation.
It goes only as far as the introduction to the 360 beings of the Zone
Girdling the Earth. Nonetheless, this is a considerable portion of the
text. This appears to be a "test" .PDF done in 2001 and the quality is
poor in some parts.
