In the summary of Step 2 in IIH (Ruggeberg '87), it states: "Exercises concerning the elimination of thoughts (negative state) are continued and deepened here." Is this Vacancy of Mind, or all of the Mental Exercises of Setp 1? I'm wanting to say Vacancy of Mind. Not that doing all of them isn't worthwhile or beneficial, but if for whatever reason I'm short on time, I'd like to make sure that I get in the "required" exercise.
