Magic of IHVH-ADNI

Greetings. I have downloaded both the mp3 and the .pdf versions of 
the Magic of IHVH-ADNI. Does one have to have any certain background 
before practicing can begin? My concern is coming from the .pdf 
where certain sephira are mentioned to be the focus during the 
canticle. These are certain things that I do not know how to do.
