Visualization exercice !

I sent a few times ago a post about visualization (the
degree and level I reached), however I am deeply surprised
in noticing how hard this exercice is difficult for me ! I
learnt with experience some ways to improve this aptitude
(with magic of water among other methods), but the excepted
result is far from being reached.
This lead to the comprehension of a problem with Fire
Element, and basically with will. Nevertheless it is not
the work to solve this particular problem that bothers me,
but more the strength employed by this problem.
I would like to know if the resistance is rising from me or
from any inner blocus, or if it lays in the fact that with
all the past years the problem has enough strengthen itself
to be so reluctant to any work of disconstruction ?
