Actually, I do believe that my HGA is whispering in my ear, as it 
almost always does from time to time, "Quit gabbing with Rawn and get 
back to actually doing the practice!" Though, on another level, my 
conversations with you and others online mimicks the work of 
condensing down a spirit down into astral or physical density. This 
is primarily due to the fact that I am taking some subtle, mental 
constructs and trying to fuddle my way into expressing these mental 
constructs into words made up of physical materia.
