In Step 3, Bardon states that a gradual increase in the number of breaths (1 each exercise) is important as it allows the body to adjust to an increase of the element. My question is how long does one need to wait in between these exercises? The main reason I ask is that I have an absurd amount of free time at school and I usually devote some of it to my exercises and the rest to studying, homework, etc. After all is done I'll usually just go to sleep after that :) But if I could go another round with these exercises I will. Elsewhere in IIH, Bardon makes statements such as only 30 minutes should be spent on certain exercises, usually concentration exercises. And since the purpose of the elemental accumulation exercise is to expand the body's ability to hold an accumulation, it makes sense that there would need to be a "growth" or "resting" period inbetween exercises, much like that of muscle growth. So how long does one need to wait inbetween the exercises before giving them a go again? All Will Go Well, -- Alan
