Dear Kos_Kou, >> Mr Clark you are right about what you' ve told me, i think i am really oversensitive with IIH now. When i'll feel completely normal i'll reconsider my decision about taking this course. But if i decide not to take this course i don't want this decision to based in this experience. At the end if i decide to take this course do you believe that through IIH steps, and therapists help, i'll manage to overcome my fears? << I suggest that you overcome these fears, or rather, your tendency to fear, with therapeutic aid *before* you resume IIH work. Your fearfulness and internal imbalance were not caused by your IIH work but existed beforehand. Your experiences with IIH merely exacerbated them and brought them to the foreground. But IIH is not the proper context for resolving these sorts of issues. These are better resolved through therapy. Perhaps thinking of your work with a therapist a *preparation for* IIH would help? My best to you, :) Rawn Clark 22 Jan 2004 rawnclark@... rawn@... http://www.ABardonCompanion.com http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BardonPraxis http://E.webring.com/hub?ring=arionthebardonwe
