A new book

Good evening friends,

I have just finished reading a new book, "The Beginner's Guide for 
the Recently Deceased" by David Staume. The title is playful and the 
style informal but it seemed to me to be a Hermetic book (at least 
in spirit). It reminded me of "The Kybalion." It's not deep in the 
Bardon sense but it did teach me a little more about the energy 
bodies, the need for balance and the value of meditation.
