Ah even though i'v read ahead i haven't passed pratical excercises
step 1(vacancy of mind and 1 pointedness)i'v had a bunch of disjointed
experiences but nothing i can stich together for greater insight,

Tell me about these sphere's what is the "earthsphere" anyhow?and how
would one know if they are accidently going to pass threw it
