Hi Noah,
Actually I just went to Google and put in the term Eyebright, or 
Euphrasia and got back many many hits for online stores that sell 
medicinal plants, including that one. They even make a liquid 
tincture that would be fine for the eyebath. Feel free to look 
yourself:-)
