It seems with the the little bandwidth yahoo gives (I was getting ~1.5 kb/s) 
to open the files that it takes about 6-7 minutes to open it and some 
browsers will time out. The best way to get the files is to right click and 
save target as (the same goes for the pdf files that were posted, thanks!). 
After I initially posted I checked to see if it worked and it did, but I 
reposted the file anyways just to make sure and tried opening it and it 
opened fine.
