Re: Recurring fear

Message 00224 of 3835

Many thanks Gentlemen :-)

This hypothesis is larvae is quite knew to me. Never
thought of it. But it offers new tracks indeed.

<< one of this type needs to be confronted and
absorbed / ... / You can even use the autosuggestion
techniques from IIH >>

I read the portion of IIH dedicated to autosuggestion,
but I somewhat fail to see how I can apply it in this
case as a single tool: I guess I'll have to understand
what I'm dealing with and how to handle it before
going through the autosuggestion.

<<Bring it back inside yourself and deal with it.>>

Guess it partially answers my previous point. But how
do you do that ? Vizualisation ? Do you know the steps
gone through by the other people in the same situation
?

One thing is sure : Were your hypothesis to be
correct, I would hardly see the benefit of using a
shield for something I created myself.

Many thanks again!
NB

Rawn : can you give me a hint ? Many thanks in
advance.
