Re: Recurring fear

Message 00225 of 3835

The autosuggestion can be used to bring a sense of
security. Since this something that you can change
within yourself then it will work if you work at it.

As for absorbing the larvae, visualization will work,
but you have to get a sense of what?s happening to you
and what brings the feeling on. There is a section in
Fortune?s Psychic Self-Defense which describes taking
a thoughtform into yourself and ?equilibrating? it. In
this case you would bring that fear into yourself, and
for a while it?s normal that the feelings will be
intensified, but through meditation and energy work
(such as the middle pillar) the throughtform is
absorbed and neutralized.

Some larvae/thoughtforms/whatever have to be dealt
with and worked through and others have to be beaten
into submission by force of will. Even some may have
to go through a reprogramming of sorts, in your case
to only induce this heightened state of alertness ONLY
when needed. This is a strange sort of
self-psychology, but figures like Bardon, Regardie,
and Fortune have been writing on topics like this for
decades and have seen it works.
