Hello Geoffrey That depends on how well you understand it. Mostly I find a small piece of information helps a lot in practice. Sometimes this information comes from within, sometimes from without (via books or online), sometimes by re-reading sections of Bardon after practicing. One book cannot contain everything. And other books such as The Kybalion are good complementary material. The Prophet is good. I've found that Bardon's exercises are the best because each step builds foundations for the next. Some other systems seem more adhoc and incomplete. But that doesn't mean you can't adapt them. I see Bardon's book as a guide to building new skills which I can adapt as I see fit. Be well, Paul --- Geoffrey Sy <geoffrey_sy@...> wrote: > Hello Everybody, > > I just like to ask, if I only stick to Bardon's > practise, and did not read much about theory .. is > that advisable? > > Secondly, if I only read Bardon's theory and practise, > and didn't study other books, will it be less > efficient? > > > Regards, > Geoffrey > > __________________________________________________ > Do you Yahoo!? > Yahoo!
