Dear Hervé, >> do you think that someone could become addictive(as a drug) to Bardon's exercices? i knew people who had to ran every days 1hour to feel good! the hormon dopamin make you feel in peace & in joy ,it come after 20 min of a physical exercice, & in the little book of Sogyal Rinpoche "meditation" he says that we could become addictive to this state of being/mind << If the exercises are pursued in the *balanced* manner in which Bardon instructed them to be pursued, then no, it would be nearly impossible to become truly 'addicted' (i.e., dependent upon them in an unhealthy, imbalanced way) to them. The IIH work is not *just* meditation -- it's the *simultaneous* pursuit of mental, astral and physical exercises. The astral, Soul Mirror work of introspection, self-analysis and self-transformation, will address any addiction issues within the student's character. My best to you, :) Rawn Clark 26 May 2003 rawnclark@... rawn@... http://www.ABardonCompanion.com http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BardonPraxis http://E.webring.com/hub?ring=arionthebardonwe
