Dear Basim, I suggest that you start from scratch then and let go of all your preconceptions. Sit yourself down and think of your spoon. Then simply picture it with your imagination, floating a foot or so in front of you. Do this with your eyes open if it's easier for you. Once you have a grasp on your visualization, force your eyes closed and try to take your visualization with you into the darkness of your closed eyes. In other words, when you're stuck, start over and approach it in the simplest manner you can imagine. Keep experimenting with new approaches until you hit upon what works. My best to you, :) Rawn Clark 24 Jun 2003 rawnclark@... rawn@... http://www.ABardonCompanion.com http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BardonPraxis http://E.webring.com/hub?ring=arionthebardonwe
