So alll of the major faults is what he meant? I clasiffied all of them with a 
#1,2,3 one being the worst. So all the #1 faults will be gone.

What if you have all the major ones down but lets say Earth has 20 or so #2 or 
#3 and Air has 8 or so #3 faults, wouldnt it be good to cut down the Earth by 
ten or more?

I would like to mention i am no where near this point yet, i was just 
intelectually curious.
