Appendix to Step III

For the practices outlined in the Appendix of Step 3, can they only 
be undertaken after the completion of the Physical Exercises of Step 
3? Some of the practices suggest so, but is this the case for all of 
them?

Just wanting to make sure that I'm correct on this.
