Re: Step 2 - "feeling concentration"
Message 01850 of 3835
Gotcha. My warmest thanks, Rawn :-)
<<without the emotions, images and thoughts that are naturally
involved with a memory>>
A last naïve question, if I may : so this means that instead of
focusing upon a *sensation* at the *astral* level (since it contains
emotions etc.), I'm focusing upon a *perception* at a *mental* level
or higher ?
Sorry to be so complicated, but I have the feeling I won't derive
all possible benefit from this exercise if I don't know what body
I'm working with :-)
Once I can focus long enough on the sensation, and independently of
this exercise, I'll use cold to play a little game "à la Archaeous
levels 1 to 3", to watch the impacts upon the various levels and
bodies of a known and isolated stimulus. May be interesting :-)
Thanks again.
