Dear David,
I have not experienced tiredness from the exercises themselves.
I assume you are getting a good nights rest, if you are rising earlier than normal it can make you a little tired but after a while you get into the rhythm.
But there are other types of tired. For example, if you do not like your work - it will take all your energy and give nothing back. You must also ensure that you are calm and tranquil in spirit.
Physical things that you can do include proper breathing, regular exercise (even if you don't feel like it), proper diet - make sure you are getting nutrients eg. wholegrain over refined (white) grain, eliminate coffee, etc. Just diet alone can make a big difference!
