Dear Martin,

>> It corresponded to the racing state of my mind and I found that it
took 15 minutes just to calm my mind slightly. I can see that this may
be a problem as I set aside 15 minutes before going to bed, but if I
have had a busy day, I find it very difficult to still my mind in that
time. This is the first time that I have noticed this 'energy', though.
Any thoughts? <<

I recommend a deep physical relaxation as a way of stilling your mind at
the end of a tumultuous, busy day. In the "Self-Healing Archaeous" and
"Center of Stillness Meditation" recordings, I provide a guided
relaxation process that serves as a good example of what I'm
recommending to you. Basically, you focus your attention upon relaxing
all of the muscles in your body in succession, starting with your feet
and working upwards to the top of your scalp. The focus of your
attention on something so immediately physical, quickly calms your mind.
The relaxation of your muscles simultaneously calms all of your swirling
emotions. And as a consequence, your energy body will also become calm.

While it may take more than 15 minutes at first, the time that this
method takes you to achieve a state of deep physical, astral and mental
relaxation will *rapidly* diminish with practice.

My best to you,
:) Rawn Clark
