Dear Rawn, Regarding relaxation technique: I've recently bought and read the book Paenitere by William Blystone where he recommends his sense and relaxation exercies. As to the relaxation, everything is clear, it's the same basic concept of progressive muscle relaxation dressed in a specific form, which is comfortable for some and less comfortable for others. But, I'd like to ask you for your opinion on the preceding sense exercise - not as a necessary precursor for IIH, but just for overall value. Is the author correct regarding the benefits of that exercise (creating mental substance by nourishing the spirit, etc), and the resultant ability of perfect "inner-body" focus (so far practicing it for 3 weeks did yield an improvement in my concentration abilities, and the ability to feel the pulsations of blood in the whole body - should I really be able to feel bones/muscle tisue/etc after more practice?)?
