The alteration to the physical structure of the organs is negligible.
The primary changes wrought by the practices you cite occur at the
energetic, astral and mental levels. Upon death, the astral and mental
energies exit the physical and energetic materia of the organs. In
other words, the physical organs don't act like a Fluid Condenser which
holds onto the energies after death. This is why donated organs have to
be artificially kept alive.

So I doubt there'd be much difference for the recipient in comparison to
receiving any other person's organ. No matter who the organ comes from
it will be a foreign object which conforms to a foreign astral template
instead of the recipient's own astral template. And even though the
donated organ loses it's own astral template upon the donor's death, the
recipient still faces the task of integrating the physical and energetic
organ into their own astral template and energetic body.
