Hi folks,

I just read a great book by Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov
called "The Yoga of Nutrition." It really helped me
with step one food magick, so if anyone's interested
it can be had at amazon for a couple bucks. I have a
copy I can send to one person for free, let me know.
