Dear Rawn, I thought that I had mastered the though control exercise when I moved on to the next stage. I only did the negative portion of the soul mirror, and that was about 6 months ago...I think that you have hit the nail on the head. My approach is too disorganized. I want to eat the whole cake at once, so to say. Should I focus only on one step at a time? Lets say, spend on part of my meditation focusing on though control, then stop my meditation for a minute and move on to a different meditation? Thank you.
