Yes, it is. In fact, this is all that is *required* in Step One since
it's assumed that the student will continue to deepen their state of VOM
as they progress through the future Steps.

You should *pursue* the first, deeper state of VOM that you described,
but the second kind is *NOT* a failure. :)

The sensation itself would not be the issue here. The issue is always,
"does this distract from my VOM?" If it does distract, then you will
need to learn how to ignore it.
