about three bboks

Greetings! Brothers,
I've just finish reading the three books of Mr.Franz Bardon.
I have some question in my mind which baffled me a little, I hope the 
group can help me in answering this question. The question is about 
the philosophers stone. I can hardly understand about obtaining this 
stone.Is it obtained by practice or is it by enlightenment?
I hope the group could really give feedback related to this 
question.
