If you peek ahead to Lesson Six ("Consciousness Raising"), you'll see
that the Adonai Light erupts as a consequence of the integration of the
levels of Self-awareness represented by the "Ani IHVH", into the
temporal moment of your mundane awareness. Thus it occurs within the
material realm and surrounds your entire body. Actually, it surrounds
all three bodies simultaneously, but at this point your visualization
needs to be of a Rainbow-hued cloud of Light swirling around your
*physical* body.
