Yes. And, it (IIH) focuses less upon the glorification of the personality 
through delusions of power to influence without ... without power to 
influence within... and the maturity to render the difference. It is often 
forgotten that "steps" may be and "teachers" may be, but the student is 
ALWAYS teaching themself via experience and the stretching of their comfort 
zone.
