Dear Rawn, Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts on this :) Kind of confirms my feelings regarding some of the practical parts of the book - especially the claim that they are required as precursor training - but I did find the theoretical sections, and the book recommendations, very interesting. Regarding Jewish Quaballah, I personally find Isaac Luria's (the ARI) writings fascinating. Unfortunately, as far as I am aware, there are no English translations of his works. There was an English edition of the first part (out of four) of the book "Etz Chayyim", but it is currently "out of print until further notice". :/ There's one practical comment Mr. Blystone made that does disturb me, since I heard it before in other places too - that it's much safer to start the relaxation from the head than from the feet. Is there any truth to that? Sincerely, Daniel Gutmanas
