If you get "Access forbidden" when trying to access
http://lqairah.tripod.com/ , which has the IP address 209.202.240.100,
and the site does not seem to be password-protected (it was OK when I
downloaded several files from it several months ago), try using a proxy
server, with a similar IP address (at least in the first number) with
your browser. The IP addresses of many free public proxy servers are
available on the internet at various sites which can be searched for on
Google.
