Hi Stan I read somewhere that falling asleep while meditating was not good since imbalances could be brought about by the energy still trapped in various parts of the body. Bardon I think also says in substance that the habit of falling asleep in meditation makes it all the more difficult to have effective meditations in the future. But as you say the main risk and negative consequences of falling asleep are that your are not working on IIH, you are sleeping instead!!! Fraternally, Olivier
