Re: Eucharisitc Magic and misc

Dear Kurt,
Using food, water and air, you basically apply to the Elements of Earth, Water
and Air.
Therefore, you may not achieve similar successes impregnating the same idea via
the three media. Your intuition will tell you which meduim to use for the
particular idea.
In practice, whatever meduim you use, it seems to work well if you accompany
the impregnation with a four-part formula:
- a sentence that states the desirable effect on the physical level;
- then on the astral level (something to deal with emotions);
- then on the mental level (a related mental concept);
- finally, a sentence that states the idea in the present tense. For example,
*I have good health*.
The rationale behind such an approach is that any idea permeates all the three
bodies.
As for the effectiveness of EM on the physical body, it is more likely to
happen in an indirect way. For example, if one wishes to get rid of a decease,
they will not get healthy immediately, but will find an excellent medicine
soon.
Wishing you every success,
Lidia

Hi guys. Just wondering with Eucharistic Magic (EM)-
Bardon states that we should use the same thought for EM of food, air
and water. However, each of the items (food, air and water) affects a
different body- the physical, astral and mental. So instead of
wishing for general health, could I wish for health of the mental body
when using air, and health of the astral body when using water etc?
Also, how potent is EM for the 'average' step 1 student? Or, what
determines it's effectiveness? If one masters it's usage, can you
achieve anything bodily?
Finally, what are the impurities we remove in the cold shower exercise?
Is it an energetic analogy to removal of wastes from the physical body?
Thanks,
Kurt
