:) This is the same principle as the Step Two physical exercise of
magical exhalation. The positive ideation is inhaled, through the whole
body, along with the Vital Energy. Then the opposite of the positive
ideation is exhaled along with the waste products of respiration and
that portion of the VE which the body does not absorb.

Just as everything that our three bodies ingest can be used magically to
our advantage, so too, everything our three bodies excrete can be used
magically to good end.
