In honor of Candlemas/Brigit/Chinese New Year, I'm happy to announce
that Lesson Five in the Self-Healing Archaeous audio series is now
posted for downloading at http://www.ABardonCompanion.com/MP3-Links.html

Lesson Five, titled "The Passive Separation of the Solitary Mental
Body", clocks in at 6:17 for the "Introduction" and 24:26 for the
"Practice". The "Introduction" file weighs in at 3.6 MB, the "Practice"
file is 13.9 MB and the .ZIP file of both together is 15.2 MB.

As with Lesson Four, this Lesson is suitable only for those who have
already completed Step Two of IIH.

Lesson Five completes "Part Two: The Passive Separation and Resting of
the Three Bodies". Therefore I've also just issued a new CD! :)
