Well I can make the relation between what you taught me and
the other expirience I had today. I tried to center myself
with this "depth point" while doing the mental emptiness
exercise, which was not succesfull ! The way I used to
doing it, is much more efficient. Thanks for your advice !

It sounds very much like you have spontaneously discovered
what Bardon
called the "depth point" (at least that's what it's called
in the
English edition). You can read about this in the
introduction to Step
Five.
