Dear Stu, >> This leads to an other question. Which is more natural, in the sens of needig less energy: to be in the mindchatter or to be beyond it? I recall some study that said lying takes more energy than telling the truth. Could this "false" mind stuff perhaps be an *exertion*, its continuation more exhausting than letting it go? If you *really* relax, in a wisely lazy way, it will recede. << The "average" person expends the majority of their mental and emotional energy involved with their mind's chatter. Distancing your awareness from the mind's chatter frees that mental and emotional energy for other, more productive uses. My best to you, :) Rawn Clark 06 Nov 2003 rawnclark@... rawn@... http://www.ABardonCompanion.com http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BardonPraxis http://E.webring.com/hub?ring=arionthebardonwe
