Ironically, what "choosing your own sun" might mean is that you 
should trust your inner light and guidance. In other words, the 
message might be not to look for others to verify your findings. 
Follow your own Tiphareth, so to speak! ;-)

It is always kind of scary when the time comes to stand on one's own 
two feet and let go of the supporting hand. Thus the child's first 
steps towards Adulthood is as frightening as it is liberating!
