I understand what you mean ... Perhaps the issue is as much self-doubt as 
self-worth... one could spend alot of time trying to light cotton swabs in 
private and it would be just as destructive, showing off to oneself alone! One 
could become desperate to do something impressive or prove oneself. Have to 
watch that.... thanks Jason
