Very interesting reply. Few comments here. How one is to *embrace* the change? A lot of people said that it`s hard for them to discern between *their inner voice* and outside thoughts. I would say that mental discipline and exerisises described in IIH are very helpful in the situation like that. Direct perception as well. Also it been noticed that a lot of people fear changes becouse it would involve *merging* aka *expanding*. They are afraid that they will loose their personality, and this fear caused by the ego resistance.
