Dear RM, This may or may not be helpful, but have you tried applying the step two work of removing negative emotions such as the boredom you described? Try talking yourself out of the boredom (by breaking the meditation), e.g. 'explaining' to yourself why you are doing the work, and the benefits that you will gain by finishing the exercises. Meditation seems to be an integral part of many different paths, so it would probably help you to book Bardon's 10 minutes. On the other hand, follow your intuition! All the best, M
